×Abstract:
In this work, we propose a novel variant of the conventional p- Constant Modulus Algorithm (p-CMA) algorithm. The rationale behind our work is that the exponent p in the standard CMA can play significant role in the convergence speed and steady-state performance of the algorithm. It was observed that the larger value of p can provide faster convergence at the cost of higher steady-state excess mean-square-error (EMSE). On the other hand, smaller value of p can give lower EMSE at the cost of the slower speed of convergence. Thus, in this work, we develop a time variant p parameter by utilizing the energy of the estimation error such that the value of p takes larger values in the beginning of adaptation and reduces to smaller values near steady-state. Thus, it can achieve both faster convergence and smaller steady-state EMSE. Simulation results are provided to support our theoretical claims.......Keyword: ...... ×

Slump tests confirmed that the workability of coconut fibre as well as the recron 3s fibre in the mixes goes on decreasing as the fibre content increases in the concrete mix. The slump value decreased from 83mm to 19mm with coconut fibre whereas with recron 3s the decline was observed upto 33mm. Maximum compressive strength to the tune of 35.6MPa was recorded with 0.5% recron 3s whereas maximum value for compressive strength to the extent of 32.1MPa was recorded with 3% coconut fibre. Higher concentrations of coconut fibres recorded negative effect on compressive strength. For tensile strength and flexural strength recron 3s (0.3%) and coconut fibre (3%) recorded beneficial effects in improving the average tensile strength and average flexural strength. However, recron 3s recorded maximum values for average tensile strength and flexural strength to the extent of 3.4MPa & 6.83MPa.....Keyword: Recron 3s,Coconut fibre, compressive strength, tensile strength ,flexural strength ×

The demand for drinking water leads to find new water resources and treatment technologies. The desalination of brackish water by electrodialysis is a good alternative, and for the process to be efficient, the limit current density must first be known. The objective of this study was to determine the limit current density and the effect of the volumetric feed flow on the limit current density, for a 1.000ppm aqueous NaCl solution, in an electrodialysis module. Experimental tests were performed at different volumetric flows of 200, 400 and 600 mL / min. The results demonstrated a direct relationship between the limit current density and the volumetric feed flowlikewise; the limit current density of the anion exchange film conditioned the process..Keyword: Electrodialysis, ion exchange film, current-voltage curve, limit current. ×

Abstract:
The purpose of this work is to show the different datasets and data from the original dataset that combine physical, biological and sensory values, as production companies - public or private, large or small - need to maximize profits by reducing costs. , Regularly recording and preparing. Finding the right ways to combine both data may be the right choice for achieving these goals. The "smart form" model is constantly expanding, using the Internet of Things (IoT) model to reflect digital technology and the timely use of environmental and historical information. The focus of this study is to extract and compare various machine learning techniques to guide the practical design and to implement, attempt, and invest, from missing predictions to incorrect sensors to lost or reconstructed information. The results show how there is enough scope for innovation when it comes to the wants and demands of companies that are interested not only in technology, but also in knowledgeable and professional employees, employing sustainable and desirable industrial business businesses..Keyword: machine learning; sensors; IoT; smart farms; agriculture; data analysis. ×

Property is the most transparent industry in our ecosystem. Home prices vary from day to day and sometimes depend on the price. Predicting accommodation with the main reasons is the main crux of our research project. Our values are targeted here based on each of the key parameters considered during pricing. The decline in house prices has attracted interest from researchers as well as a number of other interested parties. There are many previous studies that used different regression techniques to address the question of house price changes. It considers home price changes as a classification problem, and applies machine learning strategies to determine if home prices will rise or fall. It employs specialty selection techniques such as differential impact factor, data quality, policy component analysis and data transfer techniques such as external and missing value treatment as well as box-to-cox exchange techniques. The efficiency of machine learning techniques is measured by four parameters of precision, accuracy, precision and sensitivity. We use different regression techniques in this way, and our results are not only a strategy, but a weighted way of different strategies to deliver accurate results..Keyword: House Price Predction, linear regression, machine learning, prediction, parameters, boosted regression, forest regression, neural network ×

Welding can be defined as a combination of materials, mostly metals and thermo plastics. this metal fusion process is done after exposing the metal to high heat, in addition to filler materials to make a molten metal pool. Which it cools after to form the recommended joint or welding form. Also, pressure can be used with heat in some occasions to make the weld. Many forms of energy can be utilized in welding, such as gas flames, electrical arc, laser beam and ultra sound. Typically welding process can be achieved in several circumstances, like in the air welding, welding underwater and welding in.....Keyword: .... ×

×Abstract:
Network routing is an important issue in computer networks, as routingis used to transfer packets from source node to destination node by selecting the shortest path between these nodes to increase the network's performance. There are many routing protocols to accomplish this task and they are divided into two main types: distance vector routing protocols and link-state routing protocols which is the most commonly used. Link-state routing protocols use graph search algorithms to obtain the shortest route between two nodes. Dijkstra's algorithm (DA) is used as a classical graph search algorithm in many famous routing protocols such as Open Shortest Path First (OSPF). In this work, a genetic algorithm (GA) is used as an alternative graph search algorithm to find the optimal route. Both DA and GA are implemented on three network graphs with different sizes (small, medium, and large) to obtain the shortest route between the source and destination nodes. The results show that both algorithms lead to optimal route but DA is faster than GA in small networks, while GA is faster than DA in large networks..Keyword: computer network, Dijkstra's algorithm, genetic algorithm, routing, shortest route. ×

×Abstract:
Landing gear is a structural member that supports an aircraft on ground to bear the load of the aircraft and allows it to taxi, take-off, and land. In fact, landing gear design tends to have several interferences with the aircraft structural design. Now a day the weight of landing gear has become an important factor and efforts are being made to reduce the weight of the aircraft landing gear to consequently increase the payload. This thesis presents an approach to optimize the weight of conventional type landing gear's leg made of aluminum ASM 7075-T6 material adopted from aerospace specification materials. First the structural behavior is tested using the structural analysis when subjected to behavior constraints. Optimization process is carried out iteratively to minimize thickness of landing gear's leg which results in the minimum weight of landing gear. A new optimized landing gear's leg with reduced weight is modeled with same material properties, boundary conditions and design loads. The behavior of component is checked using structural analysis which includes static and spectrum analysis.Keyword: ..... ×
